Terms have been slightly updated due to Covid please get in contact to see what has changed. We require $100 deposit upfront to secure the date. The remainder to be paid 1 week prior to event. You can pay $100 into our bank account that is noted on our invoice. Paypal credit card is also available however an additional fee will apply. Deposits are non refundable.
Sunshine is not always guaranteed, so in the interest of your special day still being absolutely fantastic we always recommend having a backup event location (preferably indoors) where we can continue the event as planned. We cannot refund deposits due to wet weather cancellation.
Our platters are made up of delicious produce some of which include cheeses, fresh fruit, dried fruit, nuts, olives, deli meats, chocolate, fresh bread and crackers. Ingredients vary dependent on availability and the size of the platter ordered.
With the low medium risk foods, the grazing tables/boxes need to be consumed within 4 hours from once prepared or opened. Upon serving time customers accept responsibility to maintain food safety practices. Bohemian Banquets cannot accept any responsibility for the products beyond point. Please provide a sturdy table inside with air conditioning or outside in a shady spot away from direct sunlight.
We supply the platter boards, dishes and platter utensils for the grazing tables. All need to be wiped clean, washed with hot dishwashing liquid and returned to Boambee East. We ask all items are returned to us in the state they are provided to you.
Pop up picnics
Please see our website for what your package includes. All of our packages are 3 hours unless arranged prior.
DIY picnics need to be picked up from Boambee East and dropped back off the following day. (We do require a bond deposit for hiring or DIY picnics) Plates, boards, bowls and knives all need to be cleaned washed and wiped before returned.
